Gabrielle Nadig 

As Head of Production at Buffalo, Gabrielle has helmed award-winning commercial and corporate projects for clients such as Gucci, Stuart Weitzman, IFC, HGTV and the New York City Ballet. Most recently, Gabrielle produced the 2017 Sundance Film Festival Jury Award winning short film, Lucia Before and After. Before that Gabrielle produced the Sundance Institute supported narrative feature film, King Jack. King Jack premiered at the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival where it took home the Narrative Audience Award and was called, “A stylish, sensitive coming-of-ager,” by Variety. In 2016 King Jack won the "Someone to Watch" Independent Spirit Award. 

Gabrielle has produced award winning short films that have screened at film festivals around the world including two at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival. Prior to her work at Buffalo Picture House, Gabrielle worked for legendary independent producers Christine Vachon and Pamela Koffler at Killer Films, on films such as At Any Price starring Dennis Quaid and Zac Efron. Gabrielle is a 2013 Sundance Creative Producing Fellow, an alumni of the 2015 Rotterdam Producing Labs and an alumni of the 2015 Cannes Film Festival Producer’s Network. Gabrielle is currently a 2016 Woman at Sundance Institute Fellow.


DIRECTOR / Erin Sanger

Erin Sanger

Erin Sanger is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker and graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Her thesis film, BOMBSHELL, won the King Award in Screenwriting, The Wasserman Award in Directing, and First Prize at NYU’s First Run Film Festival. The film later competed in the Student Academy Awards and aired on PBS and Hulu. 

Erin’s short documentary THE NEXT PART won five festival awards including a Special Jury Prize at the Tribeca Film Festival and Best Short Documentary at the Austin Film Festival and was later featured as an Editor’s Pick in The Atlantic. Her short documentary LEADERS OF THE PACK premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and was selected as an honoree for the 2017 Webby Awards. Her most recent short film MUTT premiered at SXSW film festival this year. 

Erin is currently in production on her feature documentary THE COMA CLUB, which received NYU's Richard Vague Production Fund Award for 2017. She is also developing her first narrative feature, which was one of four scripts selected for the 2017 Iris Screenwriting Lab and is currently a Semifinalist for the 2017 Academy Nicholl Fellowship.
